Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations: The Athletic Body asks that clients provide at least 12 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. This must be done via phone, text message, email, or preferably online cancellation of your appointment via our website or TAB app. If you miss your appointment or give less than 12 hours notice you will be charged for the session. If you have a package, a session will be deducted from your package. If you do not have a package, your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the service.

Class Cancellations: The Athletic Body asks that clients provide at least 5 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled class time. This must be done via phone, text message, email, or preferably online cancellation of your appointment via our website or TAB app. If you miss your class or give less than 5 hours notice you will be charged for the session. If you have a package, a session will be deducted from your package. If you do not have a package, your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the service.

Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We have allocated a 15 minute grace time for running late, parking. We use this time to use the foam roller, put your MyZone on, and get to your station.  Unfortunately, if you are late, we are not able to give you your full workout time, as this would inconvenience other clients waiting to start the workout. Clients will be charged the fee for the entire scheduled appointment regardless of the time the client arrives.

general policies

  • A valid credit card must be on file at all times.
  • One month is considered any 30 consecutive days, not the first date of the actual month.
  • Auto-Renew packages will renew at the end of each month. 30 days notice is required to cancel out of an auto-renew membership.
  • Monthly passes start on the first day class is taken, not on the day the class is purchased.
  • If you are 10 minutes late to class, your spot may be given away to a waiting client.

Wait List Policy

If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before class, you will automatically be added to that class and sent a confirmation email. BUT DO NOT DEPEND ON THAT EMAIL, as there are always spam problems, junk mail issues, and email server hiccups and crashes. Please login and check your schedule to make sure you are enrolled! This procedure protects you from being added to a class that you may no longer be able to attend, avoiding possible Late Cancel/No Show fees. If you Reserve/Wait List yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is ultimately allowed by your current package, you are responsible for the purchase of and any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the Wait Lists.

Refund Policy

  • We are confident you will be extremely satisfied with The Athletic Body Strength and Conditioning workout.  In fact, if you are not satisfied after completing at least twelve (12) classes, you will receive a refund for the remainder of the 8 week challenge. The 4, 8 and 16 packages will be addressed based on the unused portion of the remaining package with a refund of 75%
  • Offer valid for first time members signed up for the 8 Week Health is Wealth Transformation.  All twelve (12) classes for the first month of the membership start date, a refund request must be made by contacting your studio within the first month of said membership.
  • Individual results may vary, and you may not obtain your desired results after completing at least twelve (12) sessions.  Neither The Athletic Body, LLC, nor its employees, agents, or affiliates, make any representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the results that may be achieved from session participation or any information and/or related services provided.
  • Participants are urged to always consult a medical professional or physician before participating in activity or starting an exercise program.
